The pieces seamlessly integrate into the space. These elements infuse a sense of uniqueness, ultimately becoming the defining feature that leaves a lasting impression on those who encounter them.

Dark Horse describes a client who initially appears unassuming or underestimated but initially demonstrates remarkable potential or achieves unexpected success.

The clients may have hidden talents, untapped resources, or a resilience that surprises even themselves and their coach.

The term could also apply to coaching techniques or methodologies that are lesser-known or unconventional but prove to be highly effective in facilitation personal growth and transformation.
