Geode Headpiece

This is a headpiece inspired by a geode rock. The first step in this process was to 3D scanned a geode stone. After I took it into Meshmixer and cleaned up the scan. Then I took it into Rhino to create the shape for it, ensuring it will curve with the head to fit correctly. 3D print using poly get material in order to capture the texture and coloring of the geode stone that was scanned. After the printing was complete, I connected everything together with gold chains to ensure that the pieces would lay perfectly.
